Novatouch escape key not working.

Hello, I'm new here. As my first mechanical keyboard, I bought a Novatouch TKL. It's been great. However the escape key recently stopped working (luckily, I'm an emacs user). I've checked and it's definitely a hardware thing.
Is this something that I can easily fix myself by ordering a part online, or should I send this to a service center?

Definitely get it checked out if you're still under warranty for it. If you don't want to open it and poke around I would send off and let the technicians poke around.

You can download a program like EK Switch Hitter and then try pressing the switch with varying amounts of force and at different points on they keycap.  I would say take it apart and see if there is any debris and that all the parts are intact.  But if this is a new board or you are unsure of you you may just be better off taking advantage of the warranty

Definitely investigate the warranty option if it is still covered BEFORE you open it.
