This is the first time Ive ever seen a mechanical keyboard at a surplus store. Cherry MX 8100 w/browns! It only cost $3.25 so I had to buy it.Show Image
Cool! I just bought one exactly like it on ebay for $22 and thought that I got a pretty good deal, even as a parts donor.
Nice find! I wish I could find cheap keyboards, but everywhere I've gone has just been cheap rubber dome junk. My dad found a nice Dell rubber dome once, but this is much nicer.Does the trackpad work properly for you?
the trackpad worked just fine, but I already took it apart, and stripped the board. I had no use for such a big board. I just used it for the switches.
