This should be posted in Great Finds.  And I'd say it's a good deal, but most Model M keyboards in good condition are as good as new; some would even say used specimens are better, since their springs are mellowed by use.  It's not a particularly rare sub-model, either.

No, it's not a good deal, not even close.   New in box is irrelevant for M's unless you're going to put it on a shelf.
