So the other day I was browsing through eBay and came across a topre keyboard listing. I'm fairly new to the mechanical keyboard game (only used cherry blue and green before) but topre has always intrigued me. So I pretended I did not see the price tag and just finished the transaction with my eyes closed. Today I finally got the keyboard (it was shipped from South Korea) and needless to say I was very happy. However I still have some questions:
1. The key caps are dark grey and blue. According to TaoBao this is so called the "anniversary edition" of topre realforce, but I cannot find any evidence on the box itself. As far as I know the 87 keys version did have a anniversary edition few years ago and have the exact same color scheme, but there's not much information about 104 full keyboard. On the other hand, Leopold have uses the exact same color scheme on another board of their with cherry switches. I guess all I'm trying to ask is, does the 104 full board really have an anniversary edition?
2. The board I got is an all 45g silenced version. I know there's also a regular "non-silent" version, is it refer to the 55g switch or it has nothing to do with the switch but only with the board?
3. I saw some reviews and unboxing videos on youtube and all of them has a piece of paper inside of the box as either an manual or warranty card. However there's no such thing in my box, after I take off the seal there's only the keyboard itself in the box. Is it normal? Or did I potentially get screwed by a fake keyboard?
Thank you very much for all the help in advance. Really appreciate it.
BTW, if the board I got is genuine, I finally get why it's so difficult to describe the feel of the switch as it's really something totally incomparable with cherry switches.
