Looking for fluorescent/green/yellow set
« on: Mon, 17 October 2016, 15:05:15 »
Sup guys, i'm looking for a fluorescent green/yellow key set. It needs to be UK layout and i'm open to all kinds of sets how they look etc.

I won one of the Bro PowerCore's today. So i'm trying to dig around to see what matching sets would fit it.

This is the colour i'm trying to match things up to.

Gonna be hard to find a full set that matches that color.

I won the same set and most likely will be using it on a black blank set, going for the opposite of hugely contrasting it.

Would really make the artisan stand out and pop.

Such artisan, many caps, very keyboard.

Always searching for Bro caps!

For a yellow set, you could dream about Turtle Power: http://keypuller.com/turtle-power/

For green, perhaps Toxic.
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

I'd go with Toxic if you want something fluorescent.  The only other option I know about is the Massdrop Toxic knockoff/wannabe set.

Matching power core is gonna be tough. I second going with a black set to make the Bro really pop as an accent.

It's a separate buy o MD now, but I think it's 60% only.  It looks like a cheap imitation of Toxic to me though.  Toxic really would be the best set for you to try and find if you want a bright color.  Otherwise, like others have said, a nice dark set would look best.

Toxic would be the dream with Power Core in my opinion, I got one of them too - hoping Toxic gets run once again after Bunny manages to sort out all the issues with the previous run. According to the progress stated it shouldn't take too long now.
