How to remove this Stabilizer

the right side is loose thats why its making a rattle noise how do i remove it or remove the rattle noise?

Make sure the white bit is in your key all the way. Check with tape.

i removed it , and switched the stabilizers and now the left side is rattling meaning the Plastic stabilizers are the problem,
and btw is this compatible?

Hm. Weird issue.
That's the right part. They're sometimes called costar stabilizers. You might be able to use some tape to wedge the clip into place so it stops rattling.
What model of keyboard are you using?

a razer keyboard yeah, first the right rattles then i switched them and now the left rattles , guess i better buy some Stabilizers

Just put some clingfilm over the hole in the keycap before installing the insert and it should fit in place more snugly.
