Changes to be made:
- relabel spacebar to 6.25 instead of 6.00 in both TKL Kits
- add 1.5u bksp to both TKL kits
- move r4 pgdn from TKL to numpad to better support non-1800 users
- removing B from both alpha kits
- adding latin and hiragana B to spacebars kit
- add r2, r4 pipe/backslash to both alpha kits
- change 1.5u delete->bksp in text mods kit
- add r4 minus to numpad kit
- add accent coloured enter, arrows and esc to ergo and 40s kits
- add UK ISO support in kits
- add red r1 1u novelties
- horizontally flipping second of each pair of flowers in novelties kit (for symmetry across board)

If you are going to go as far as making a tkl kit i would recommend going all the way and just making a "base kits" using the mod and alpha kits, i hope you also consider starting colour matching early once you have some vendors figured out

+1 to this, getting physical samples before the GB is really the move—KAM Superuser and KAT Love got it right in this regard, whereas Space Dust has a LOT of custom colors and will not have physical samples before GB...doesn't inspire confidence to say the least

so a big yes to physical samples! the sooner the better  ;D
