Colorway is nice but the novelties could get some rework/adjustment. Maybe make the tentacles thicker and make the tako a bit skinny from the side. I would also like some more tako for the mods.

Consider using Caps instead of Caps↲Lock for the stepped key, for consistency with Scroll and Num, and also because it's currently the only two-line legend in the set.

Looks great! For personal preference I don't like tentacles on my keyboard but it looks good! Try to add a render with the purple esc and enter key.

First of all I'd like to thank everyone that gave a feedback so far!
I read through them and that's what I'm planning to do:

Add Latin Only Alphas Kit
Switch Stepped Caps Lock to just Caps for consistency
Consider Icons+Text on mods
Consider adding a 1u (R2/R3) crowbar novelty
Slight revision of the novelties
Redo some renders with more consistent colors

For the novelties have you considered changing at least one set? the wings maybe since they're not so prominent on her
character considering when she streams you can't really see it. I'd suggest maybe using her hair ornament. Or hair ornament + ears.

I agree with this suggestion. I wasn't a fan of the wings as well but hopefully the hair ornament fits well with the board better.
Another suggestion that I'd find cute for a novelty would be tako with their fang!

I've been reading feedbacks and those are the changes I came up with:

Changed the Hue/Saturation to make them more accurate
Added Latin-only alphas kit

I also decided to rework the majority of the novelties, here are the changes:

Tweaked the tentacle's outline (2.25u)
Added the Kanji for Octopus (1u)
Added a couple of tentacles (1.25/1.5u)
Added single tentacle (1u)
Added bubbles (1u)

I removed few novelties because they may be too much of a direct reference, the current ones may still be subjects to changes, especially 1Us. I'm thinking about adding another one, but I still have to decide.
For everyone asking about icons on mods, I think there's too much contrast between alphas with sublegends and clean icon-only mods, I may still consider icons+text tho.

I've also got a list of vendors which accepted to run the set! (Probably Q2 2021):

If you want to be even more non-direct theres icons on her tentacle you can use for the other novelties.

I like the redone novelties for R1/R2 but I think it's a little
too much tentacles for R3 and R4.
