I've been looking for a set exactly like this for my SKB75 I've got on the way. Instabuy from me if it goes live. I also agree the alphas and mods shouldn't be split up.

well, i guess i should get my butt in gear for this. here is a little bump for visibility

 - PLEASE - go fill out the interest check form if you have not already. thanks to everyone who has already done so! feedback has been overwhelmingly positive so far, with only a few people interested in more keycaps that are not currently in sets. hopefully i can get some better renders and make a real update in the next week or two

update: i have updated the kits a little and got pricing from GMK. please review and provide your feedback, if the caps you need are not in the non-standard kit. i know there are lots of different layouts that require non-standard caps, so if i missed one please let me know

there were also one or two people asking for norde to be included. i would happily include that in the iso kit, except i dont know what caps should be included in norde

I will have vendor pricing in the GB thread when we get that far. for now, i have received pricing from GMK for the kits shown in op - just so i have a better idea of what the costs are and what could be adjusted

Would definitely be in favor of splitting out the num-pad, but not for breaking up the alphas and mods.

Would like to see spacebars added for Alice compatibility. This set would look incredible on a POM Alice.

This set is a no brainier for a lot of us. 

Personally, I'd like to see the kits broken down with options to purchase just the alphas, a space bar kit, a katakana kit, a micon kit etc..

this was always the plan - base kit with text only mods, like oblivion, and icon kit with yuri icons.

it's the age-old argument of icons vs text vs text + icon mods. everyone has their own preference but, from the feedback i received and what i have heard on the various forums and platforms over the years, it seems like the icon fans are the slight minority. i personally prefer icon only mods, so i wanted to at least provide a kit for that option. the only version not available is the old-fashioned icon + text mods, which you could get in a cheap pbt set if you prefer..

small update for this weekend - not much to report other than the wheels are in motion and more info will be available soon.

i am working with a couple different artists to create a banderole for the box, forum signature banners, and a couple more renders for vendors and such. we have updated pricing from GMK, so we will be working to put together the costs of the kits for group buy. feedback looks great, and i am excited to get this group buy going. there are so many great sets coming out lately, that we will just have to be patient and wait our turn

sorry for the confusion, but those were some of the first renders i did using pngu's free render service. the website doesnt allow you to adjust those types of variables, so the renders of GMK Dark with other GMK sets is just to showcase how GMK Dark will compliment other existing GMK sets that you may already have.

there will be possibly one more VERY SLIGHT modification before gb, and these caps are on my priority list. of course, i'm considering the additional cost and which kit these could go in, and i cant promise anything at this point... but it is on my radar
