Love the idea.  One of my favourite spring ink combinations are the iroshizuku chiku-rin with kosumosu.

Anyway, what I am trying to say is that I think a lighter shade of green should work better.  It's too strong of a green, and I believe that instead of complimenting the pink, I think it overpowers it instead.

A few points of feedback:

Minibars kit:
  • You can safely drop the 2x 1u green spacebars because they are already offered in the ortho/40s kit and there are not any larger layouts which utilize 2x 1u spacebars
  • Because you already offer them in green in the 40s/Ortho kit, I recommend dropping the white and pink 2x 1u spacebars. This frees up 6u of space in the minibars kits. I doubt anyone picking up the 40s/Ortho kit will also pick up minibars just for different colored 1u spacebars.
  • In my opinion, you can drop all of the 1.25u spacebars from the minibars kit as you have plenty of 1.25u mod options which can be utilized instead.

40s/Ortho kit:
  • There appears to be two R2 1.5u "Enter" keys offered. You only need one.
  • 40s layouts which utilize a 1.75u spacebar use two and not one (JD40/45). However, since you offer the R1 1.75u lock key (for Minivan), it is not strictly necessary to add a second 1.75u spacebar as this key could be used as a spacebar.

Novelties:
  • I really like these. Well done!

I mostly agree, except I think that 1.25u spacekeys should be kept as they are useful for several layouts: Alice & similar (2u+1.25u), standard 6.25u split spacebar (2.75u+1.25u+2.25u, 2.25u+1.25u+2.75u), etc. A 1u spacekey is also useful for Alice, so one (of each color) should be dropped and the other should be kept.

Some further feedback on the kits:

Alphas kits
  • The green R4 1u \| / keys can be removed from the alphas kits. See here for an explanation.
  • The katakana alphas kits are missing a R4 1u key. This is the prolonged sound mark character, which is required for proper coverage of JP layouts. Example (this is a hiragana kit, but it's the same with katakana).
  • ISO/JIS alpha keys are missing from both kits. I suggest including R2 1u \|, R1 1u <> in the Latin alphas (example); and R2 1u , R1 1u in the katakana alphas (example).

Mods kits
  • I suggest moving R5 1u Del from the numpad kits to the mods kits because this key is useful for 75% layouts. Example.
  • I also suggest including a R5 1u F13 key (green) in the mods kits.
  • The second R1 1u Ctrl can be removed from the mods kits, as this key isn't used on any modern ≥60% layouts.
  • As for the second R1 1u Alt key, it isn't useful unless you're also going to have 1.5u Sys keys in the mods kits (for Mac and OG HHKB bottom rows). You have a few (mutually exclusive) options here:
    • remove the second R1 1u Alt; or
    • keep it and add two R1 1.5u Sys keys; or
    • keep it and add one R1 1.5u Sys key (leaving R1 1.5u Fn to serve as the second one).
  • The conventional icon for Tab is rather than (top arrow is left-facing).

40s/Ortho kit
  • The following keys can be removed as they are totally useless:
    • R3 1u
    • second R2 1.5u — replace it with a R2 1.5u or instead (this is for boards like Pearl)
    • R1 1.75u
  • Adding R2 1u is a must (for ortho boards).
  • Mod-colored R2 1u '" is also a must (for Planck and similar orthos).
  • Consider adding a R3 2u for Candybar and 13u staggered 40s (Pearl, JD45, Laplace...).
  • Optionally, add a 6.25u spacebar for staggered 40s, unless you intend for users of these boards to get the Spacebars kit.

International kits
  • All of the keys such as é2, à0, òç, ù§ should have lowercase legends for the alpha characters.
  • These two keys: can be removed from the French kit as they are not used in practice.

I may be missing a thing or two, but this is good enough for now.

A few more notes on your katakana alphas:

It looks like you opted to come up with your own variation of the Japanese layout rather than use one of the standard ones? For example, , , , keys are missing; and are in the wrong positions; there are duplicate and legends; and and (an obsolete kana), which I haven't seen included as primary legends before, are present in the kit.

For reference, this is the standard ANSI-based Japanese katakana layout:

I recommend basing your kit off of this. So, for example:
  • should be moved to the tilde position (in both white and green);
  • should be moved to the pipe position (on both the R4 1u and white/green R3 1.5u keys);
  • the green R4 1u pipe key should be removed, as mentioned in my previous post;
  • R4 should be replaced with ;
  • the second R2 should be replaced with ;
  • , should be placed on the bracket keys (you can have dotted boxes around these symbols to help them fit in aesthetically; example).
In addition to this, you should include the following keys for ISO and JIS support:
  • R2 1u ム
  • R1 1u ロ
  • R4 1u ー

I'm very glad you're offering a Colevrak kit.  I have a few suggestions to make it even better:
   • It's probably just a mistake, but the R3 "I" isn't needed and an R3 "L" is missing.
   • Please consider adding an icon backspace, especially since icon mods are sometimes more popular than text.
   • Please consider adding an R2 "]}" keycap to support Wide mod.

Thanks for the feedback!

  • Yep, that I is supposed to be an L. Will be updated in the next revision. I'm burning through a lot of changes right now.
  • I was not aware of the wide mod, that's interesting. I've never taken the alternate layout plunge so this is all very new to me. I will add the closing brackets key to R2.
  • Yes! Not adding an icon mod backspace was an oversight, it will be there with the new revisions.

I toyed with the idea but I found the sublegends too busy, so I won't be adding them.

Fingers crossed for Cannonkeys or TX for US

Feedback:
There are a ****ton of keys in the ergo set. I love it.
I'll be honest through. I have tried to fill out the latest IC (honestly) like a dozen times and had to close it without completing each time.
There are so many sets I really just cannot decide. I love the fact that you have options for combinations of everything but also I've got decision paralysis because of it.

Maybe talk to vendors about taking a cue from SA Sculpted Bliss and put ALL THE KITS into a single slightly discounted package?
I mean you'd only have to sell like 2 of those to hit MOQ.

Not sure if it's just the resolution, but it looks like there might be a typo on the novelty enter? I see ヴェイパーウェイウ instead of ヴェイパーウェイヴ, last kana is missing the " on the side.

Nice to see this change,.. finally! A very good one, if I may add.
Great job to TS (dede) and amazing renders, Plop!

If it's not too much of a trouble, would you provide render of Aesthetic on full-sized board? Just for us full-sized user to be convinced on how awesome this set looks on a big board.
Thanks, and GLWGB!

Not sure if it's just the resolution, but it looks like there might be a typo on the novelty enter? I see ヴェイパーウェイウ instead of ヴェイパーウェイヴ, last kana is missing the " on the side.

Came here to ask about this as well. Great looking set!

Thank you both for pointing that out! I'll look into it

Thanks for the feedback everyone! Made some changes based on valuable feedback:

* row numbers for the Katakana alphas were mislabeled, that's been fixed
* the vaporwave katakana enter novelty had a slight typo, that's also been fixed
* an international kit has been added with NorDe support

This is looking pretty sweet, damn. And the deskmats are nice too. Only thing I would change are the nav cluster icons, they seem a little too boomboxy if that makes sense. Like the icons you'd see on radio buttons. I think they could be adjusted to be a little more artsy/minimal to go with the other more traditional looking mods.

Any thoughts on adding generic ISO support to the base and alt kits instead of having both an ISO kit and an international kit? Using R4 "><" and R3"\|" keys is a common way to accomplish this. I'm sure a lot of ISO folks would appreciate ISO in the base, and a NorDeUK kit for those that want to have more specific ISO keys.

I may do this depending on pricing but no promises

We are delaying the GB start date just slightly so that everything can be ready to go on the start date; group buy will now begin March 8th!

I do like the colorway, but I like the cityscape deskmat even more. Absolutely brilliant design.

1stGarden is fantastic! Be sure to check out his site https://1st.garden/ for his prints and stream. We're working on a last-minute third deskmat for the set, check out his streams to see it get made!

Is the deskmat going to be available through 1stGarden's site or vendors?

e: also I took it upon myself to make a forums profile signature to show support for the set.

Considering it's ePBT 80$ for a small basekit without numpad is definitely not cheap which is pretty off putting

I disagree. I think it's exceptionally cheap, but I suppose it depends on what you're comparing it to and how much of a price difference qualifies as "cheap."
Keeping it to ePBT offerings, this is about $20 cheaper than most sets I can recall offhand.
ePBT Samurai was $100 and didn't include a numpad.
ePBT Be The One is $105.

ePBT Ivory  and ePBT ramenstop were only $75 but didn't have to use reverse dye sub and didn't have custom mods in base. (not that it really matters with dye sub)

This seems very consistent with other ePBT sets. The other kits outside of base is where this set REALLY shines though.

Respectfully, I'm not sure what your basis for ePBT pricing and kitting is, but there are few sets that I think have beat this in price and/or included numpad in the base kit. The few that beat it in price are generally ones that have a monochrome base alpha and mod color, such as ModernJA and Kon Momo, and those are not too much cheaper.

If you're referring to the sets made and sold by ePBT themselves (via KBDFans), those have the benefit of in-house development, single-kit kitting, and high production numbers; that's a very different beast. They also do not afford the same level of compatibility.
