Any chance for a normal human like me to join these first closed buys or just "selected few"?

private buy is a proto run for friends and close associates only. minimizes stress and risk and opens up more public slots later on.

Does it support ISO?
If so, then I'm interested.

yeah

A very lovely board, I absolutely LOVE that purple!! By any chance, can you tell me where you got that color from? :D

it's a RAL code, i can't remember the exact one but I'll find my deck and share it later

any chance of an f13 version in the future?

oh yea. hiney tkl one se

Can be configurable with QMK?

yea. others incorrectly said if it's VIA compatible then it's not QMK compatible - this is not true as VIA runs on top of QMK. you can flash a non-VIA QMK hex if you like but it won't really make a difference

Awesome! Definitely excited to see them. Right now this board is number one on my radar, even if I won't have a chance until the next open GB.

I'm going to need some more context to understand the dimensions of this board, otherwise the renders are a little bit too empty for me.

it's larger than a fullsize but smaller than a 65%

also, ordered PCB prototypes

Any chance that the PCB is going support being solder on the back of the board like TX87? I've run out of my PCBs and one of my cases needs the USB port the be under the PCB.

I know it's type-C, but I assume the PCB won't support soldering the USB port on the other side doesn't it? Because h87a doesn't seem to support that.

I haven't seen a PCB that would offer USB connector on both sides of it. Which board needs it the other way around?

yup and besides this isn't designed to be a fit for older cases, as the normal h87a is. the Type C port is wider and wouldn't work with cases that have a tight fitment

sandblasted. ive considered PVD but i have nothing set in stone yet. i really dont like mirror finish stuff so i highly doubt any of these will have a polished or mirrored finish.

I'll happily do the CAD for any ISO plates people may be after and post .dxf files so they can get them fabricated, as long as there's a run of h87 ALPS PCBs it'll work with :)
