This pcb requires an f13 layout in order for the layout to work. Even though it doesn't utilize the f13 spot, the f-row is an f13 specific layout.
Agreed, details regarding the pcb should be specified. Although it's clearly compatible with most h88 layout pcbs (hiney being one of the main ones to have jst support).

This is just straight up false. MANY people, myself included, greatly prefer WKL. If he wanted to run a WK variant he would offer it. Clearly he doesn't, so he won't. It's not mandatory for a designer to run a board in multiple layouts...
