Hello everyone! Meet Desølation, a Polymount 60% keyboard with adjustable typing feel and sound options through its multiple mounting system options. With multiple mounting systems, Desølation offers versatility, allowing users to tailor their typing feel and sound characteristics to their preferences. Whether you prefer a stiffer typing experience with crisp sound or a softer, more isolated typing feel, Desølation has you covered.

Specifications:
- 60% layout, ISO support, and split backspace (for solder option)
- Available in HHKB, WKL, and WK options
- Polymount including silicone jacket gasket, oring gasket, oring leaf, and bottom mount.
- 7.5° typing angle
- 23.35mm effective keyboard height
- Aluminum 6063 or Polycarbonate with stainless steel weight
- 1.5mm Aluminium, Polycarbonate, POM, Carbon Fiber, FR4 (1.6mm) plate
- In-house design PCB desolation60 1.6mm thickness solder or hotswap - configurable with QMK/VIA
- Built weight est -+1.8kg, Unbuilt est -+1.5kg, Weight only est -+0.7kg

Parts included with the kit:
- Keyboard case: (Top case, Bottom case, Weight)
- Selection plate (Aluminium, Polycarbonate, POM, Carbon Fiber, FR4)
- 1.6mm Hotswap/Solder PCB; layout information will be shared later
- Daughterboard JST Cable
- 1x O-ring (50a) for friction mount, 5x O-ring for leaf mount, 5x silicone jacket, 5x bottom mount spacer
- 4x Custom-designed rubber feet
- Hand-carry keyboard bag

Hehe yes bottom mount sounds outdated, personally will prefer top mount but to be fair it gives similar typing feel, due to design constraint unfortunately we can't bring top mount into options, but will still explore any possibilities of other mounting system

I've tested this for around 3 months now and haven't seen any scratches, especially in the contact area, although yes it will have more risk compared to a conventional lock mechanism
By design, it has a slight tolerance that minimizes this from happening

Pros you can easily assemble without any screwdriver but cons you need to be more careful compared to screw mechanism

Yes you can check on the design section for preview WK layout

Looks like at the very least the USB connector placement would prevent using a generic (e.g. GZ60) board with this, so my usual plea applies. Please consider adding split spacebar support (2.25+1.5+2.75) or similar.

Will consider this as more enthusiast will appreciate this kind of spacebar layout, but not sure if we will support 6.25u

typically a fan of your designs and i like this one too. however, i dislike the idea of securing the halves of my keyboard together with anything other than traditional screws.
