I forgot what my last design was but new year new design here we go -

IC Form | Discord

If you are interested in the set or wish to leave comments, please do not forget to fill in the IC form and pop by my discord!

Intro

Theatrum Orbis Terrarum is inspired by the eponymous 16th century atlas created by Abraham Ortellius. It represents the pinnacle of cartographic craftsmanship at its time and is considered to be the first true modern atlas.

The keyset draws inspiration from the elegant ink colours of the atlas. Novelties consist of iconic structures from late medieval and renaissance period, ranging from China in the orient to Central America in the new world. I sincerely hope you will enjoy this exciting cartographic voyage on your keyboard.

Re: [IC] KAP T.O.T. (Theatrum Orbis Terrarum) - Kitting changes, GB soon
« Reply #6 on: Sun, 10 August 2025, 10:26:58 »
As we are nearing GB, here's a couple of significant changes:

Base Kit: changed to icon+text upon popular demand - some kitting trimming due to costs concern.

Numpad Kit has also been separated from Base upon demand.

Novelties Kit: changed to dyesub (from doubleshot+dyesub) due to feasibility and cost of doubleshot+dyesub technique. Dark novelties dropped for a slimmer novelties kit.

NorDe Kit: added

FYI, there are currently two white 2.25u Shifts (three in total) in the base kit. You likely intended one of them to be 2u since you've also included a 1u Shift (the two are most commonly paired together to cover GK64-style layouts). If that's indeed the case, you may want to fix that before this set goes into production.
