Where is the location of the CAPSLEDBLACK window? Is it upper middle like Ducky's caps lock key? Also is it blank?

It is blank, because sp can't do double shot on the windowed keys.  I'm not positive on the orientation, though.  If you don't mind the profile, you could always flip it.  I bet you would get an acceptable glow even if it was on the opposite side.

or do they also include the remainder keys in blanks?

Question 1: there are only 27 pieces in the gamer kits.  They all have the same number of pieces, even though 7bit didn't fill in the orange one entirely.

Question 2: You only need BLACKBLANKFULL 1, or
BLACKBLANK 1
BLACKBLANKMOD 1

Whichever is easier for you.  That includes 109 keys (yes, there are a few extra if you have an ISO board) AND a spacebar of the standard type that will fit Filco/Ducky/ and some cherry boards.  If a non-US (ANSI) board, then you may need to pick up a J-shape return as well.

If you only wanted the modifier keys, the spacebar is part of BLACKBLANKMOD.

Anyone know of a better example? I'm pretty sure this is an optimus, but I bet some of those images could be made into real keys.

Yes, Q would be the best choice.  Perhaps White on the medium grey (of the standard set) would be a good choice.  Or, red on grey? That would add to the ominous nature of the symbol.

WHITEONBLUE, ORANGE + RED are being produced as far as I am aware.

It's not that the counterstrike set is hard to get, it's just that it's terribly expensive. They look great, but they'll run you as much as a keyboard does. There's a set still in stock here. Keep in mind they're made from (mostly) official Cherry keys, so they won't match the profile of Filco/Ducky/Leopold/Das/etc.

I've asked this in another thread, but I'm curious if the 'black' keys in the standard kit match the 'black' windowed function and caps lock keys, and the NN color code.

The reason I ask is because when replacing the function keys on my Ducky, I want the whole function row black w/o lables, and if i order the black (NN) 1 unit keys, I want to know for sure that these are all the same color.  The 'black' keys in the standard kit don't look black, but rather dark grey.

I think you want color GX

GX (Very Dark Gray; Standard kits modifier keys) called 'Black' except for MOOGLE kits and LED-window keys for the Moogle kit!
