I got the MX Reds with purple LEDs, and even though its more of a pinkish color I love it Coming from MX Blacks btw

I think I was one of the early ones when the only option was the Green LEDs. I got one with Brown and one with Red switches, both with green LEDs. The one with Browns is actually for a friend, I won't be keeping it. The one with Reds will go well with my White Race LE with Browns and white LEDs, though.

Lin sent me the Tracking Number for my Ducky Dragon LE 2012 last night. I should have it in about five days. THEN I'll start posting pictures. I've already found a conference room with a table big enough to put them all on.

I have a quick question that I hope someone will help me with. I want to swap the windows key for the squirrel key but I don't have a key puller. Whats the safest way to swap them without doing damage to they key or keyboard?

I'm wondering where mine is - in the time since I received the invoice (supposedly when it shipped) I've had a custom wooden key rest made by a member of this forum, shipped to me, and received a letter via snail mail from the same state the keyboards are coming from.

It's times like this I wish I had a tracking ID.

Just got mine five minutes ago and it's awesome... I love it. I was hoping I could swap for white LEDs but I still got the greens and honestly it just looks awesome either way. And the MX Reds are a joy to type on... I like the layout too. Very happy with my purchase, it was a long time coming but it's here!

I'm trying to figure out what was in "yesterday's delivery", the Pure, the Ti Skull or the Classic Seb ;) I'm guessing the Seb since its box is in view.

Nice. I love the blue LEDs. Mine have orange LEDs. Orange wouldn't have been my first choice, but it was all that was available at the time. Great little keyboards, though.

I adore my Pure LTD with orange LEDs, and I have come to like MXReds for more than just gaming. My major complaint is that ESC is where `~ should be! :-/ I use both of those keys quite a bit--blame vim--so it's something of a PITA. I'm hopeful that the Race remedies that, *and* gives me the MXBlues I do so like. Green and Orange are complimentary colors (nearly) and will look great together, while harkening back to the days of the green and "amber" Wyse50 terminals in the computer lab. :-)

I feel your Esc vs tilde pain. It's made even worse on the Poker due to the stupid layering bug. I'm happy to report that the separate Esc and tilde keys are a godsend, as are the dedicated arrow keys. The tight positioning of Esc hasn't been a problem. It helps that it is extra large (great for getting angry at vi).

The wonky nav "cluster" takes a bit of getting used to. I would have arranged that differently, but oh well.

I'm happy to report that my backspace misfires are subsiding. I still sometimes hit Home, though. I might remove that key.

i've only had problems with the backspace and maybe the function key, because my main kb was hhkb2 for a while, and they're practically the same size, and to have the \| where the backspace should be, takes some getting used to. i don't know if that made sense. i just really enjoy the clacking of these browns
