Then there will be so much spam in their mail they will never find the invoice... no. Paypal has a remind where it can send a mail about the invoice again. I will just make use of that. No need to be mean about it. Just hoping that we have a lower than usual back out rate on this as it was already dangerously close to not making it.

It's not a concern yet. The cancel rate has been pretty low. Hope it stays that way. Have 30 paid orders and only 7 cancelled orders so far.

I think we need to solve this problem to delay paying.
Do need some actions.

Perhaps they who didn't pay yet didn't even know ordered and were given the invoices, Just think It was IC.
and It started a long time ago, Geekhack was hacked. There are some reasons.

So If we strike 300 moq to start the production.
need to collect new order and don't wait them.
If you collected GH or DT username, You'll push them to pay but there is only e-mail address.

Things aren't looking good. We are closer to 60% paid, but that is still a huge shortfall as we only barely made the moq anyway. I really don't want to have to cancel the whole thing, but opening orders again might not cut it either.
Would anyone be interested in cheaper blank sets to help fill the shortfall? Probably be looking at $50 a set or so.
Not sure what other good alternatives may be, if anyone has some ideas feel free to make suggestions.

There are some bigger unpaid orders in the $400-600 range that are the biggest problem. Most of the single set orders have been taken care of promptly.
I will talk with imsto and see if something else besides filling with blank sets can be done, but they already shaved a hundred units off the original moq.

I missed the original order, but I would be delighted to buy:
1. A full-size ANSI/Cyrilic set
2. If imsto will do it, a full-size ANSI set with Red legends.

Happy to pay for either or both immediately.

If imsto won't lower the MOQ....maybe you can hit up some of the retailers like mechanicalkeyboards.com, techkeys, or keypop and see if they want to buy some sets from this group buy to sell on their site. Couldn't hurt to ask as this is a pretty unique key set.

Yeah, I had completely forgot until I trawled through my lengthy Paypal script. I pay out so much that your payment request was lodged onto my third page of my account.

Not making an excuse, just saying that might be the reason why you are having difficulty in receiving any further payments. People need to be reminded because there are so many Group Buy's, Purchases to be made hence a little reminder to the ones listed will encourage payments sooner.

Another option might be to just order a blank set and have imsto hold it and work out some custom printing options with them directly, which I can also see about.

Just trying to find ways to add volume to help hit the MOQ.

(I have a red legend on gray keycaps order coming from imsto as we speak.)

Once everyone pays, 2-3 weeks. The time it takes for everyone to pay is a mystery however... it's already been 3 weeks and it's still not taken care of.
