Hope you'll get it to work!  Thankfully Filco covers are quite thick, so there's room for sanding a fair amount.  Especially the tabs.

There are things in this world that I simultaneously want for some unknown reason and and deeply disturbed and repulsed by.  That is one of them.  Where did you find it?

Holy ****. I think this and the Bundesliga G80/G81-3000 cases are my favorite Cherry cases. Are there other G80/G81 cases that are fun/colorful?

Got this mouse (Redragon Perdition) to try out for quite cheap (it was listed as "used-good", but somehow is actually like new...)

58386-0

58388-1

Coming from a Logitech MX-518 (optical sensor, low sensitivity, low polling rate), this mouse is like night-and-day in terms of difference in feel.  Been playing for like 2 hours with various profiles and sensitivity levels / speed, and I think I got it close to where I like it.  Pretty good mouse overall: love the scroll wheel (clicky but quiet and feels really good), relatively small and very comfortable shape with grippy rough finish, tactile but quiet side buttons, and overall good for the price.  Had multiple profiles and a million options for button assignments and LED colors.

Haha, yeah... I still don't know how that one's possible.  It's actually my favorite setting for this mouse, when I set the pointer speed to very low in combination with highest sensitivity.  At least playing in MS Paint with drawing spirals and such.  MX 518 is more accurate with more control, but so far the highest sensitivity + low speed + 1000 MHz polling rate have brought me closer to MX 518.  Still figuring it out though--I've never used a laser mouse before, only opticals (both are technically optical but whatever :) )

hub?

are you referring to the thing on the monitor's base?  that's my Intel NUC.  :D

otherwise, ya, I have a whole bunch of adapters I toyed around with and that I need for my dell venue pro 8 (damn that one micro usb port that is for usb thumb drives, charging the tablet, is low power output, and isn't a fullsize port so I always need an adapter for it)

your 1ft black cord is there...but its black cord on black monitor stand so ya...

good job on finding the bling and the keypop display case with all my novelties inside :P you could rob me blind lol.

EDIT:

TEXT is AMAZING with at full res and no upscaling in win8.1

Is that purple legends?

Or just blue, and somehow my eyes make it look purple?
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

Have considered getting a micro for a while as the backlit GBA drains batteries pretty fast these days so have to use a mains adaptor most of the time. Still have my DMG though, play Wario on it every so often. Such a beast of a console.

Keycool 84 MX black, pretty good deal since it's $60 shipped. I haven't tried blacks for 5 years, and I want to see if I can enjoy ANSI this time around. Oh, and I haven't tried 75% before, so there's that. :)

Keycool 84 MX black, pretty good deal since it's $60 shipped. I haven't tried blacks for 5 years, and I want to see if I can enjoy ANSI this time around. Oh, and I haven't tried 75% before, so there's that. :)

me too ;D

2nd KC84, first was a brown from BG (again) for $60 shipped. I'll play around with blacks (didn't like them that much on my g80-11900) but I predict I will mod them to clears and file down the plate for switch top removale

Sent some of my boards to kmiller8 for some modding work and got them back today.

Cooler Master Quickfire TK limited edition white body (originally MX brown -> swapped to stock MX clears, originally had white LEDs -> swapped out for blue LEDs)
