Got some black switches in the mail, doing my typical binning process. Sort, then recheck that all the smooth ones were properly sorted, then repeat to be super sure. I swear I am not OCD...

My 3D came from Hoffman yesterday. It's amazing, I love it.



He gave me a super crazy KitKat as well which I have never seen before.

A bit rough and grainy, just like the sides of the potato cap (also made by shapeways). It's hard to describe, it's a fuzzy feeling to rub your finger across it, like tiny peachfuzz. I think a couple coats of some kind of clearcoat or yellow paint to smooth it out and give it gloss might be an improvement, perhaps a future project...

Does the stem of the cheese key have the same problem as the stems on the potato key?
