Worth the rockbox because of flac and you can use more than 240gb, provided that you use tarkian's adapter

ha thats awesome, i should dig out my old ipod

which iPod you're having?

get rid of ****ty battery life and slow loading times by using this adapter

https://www.iflash.xyz/store/iFlash-dual/

I have an 80gb classic that i've not touched in a year or two as it was a hassle to sync compared to my iphone... ****, now i just wish I hadn't lost my zune... god i loved that thing before the screen died

the 80gb should be 5.5g

install rockbox (you can always revert back to stock firmware) and updating your library is just drag and drop to the drive. no hassle

zune's UI looks very nice but I don't like the physical buttons.

the original zune is sooooo nice the interface and the buttons create a really awesome device.... but yeah I might give that a blast when I've dig it out of the box its lost in...

Got myself a bro due to a three way trade yesterday...

Pics will eventually follow when I put it on a board with the set it belongs with.
Can we get them to build the Alps ten feet higher and get Cherry to pay for it?

I had a couple of boards like that in the mid 90's. They were Acer branded. They had Alps like switches on membrane as I have been told. I remember they were great to type on.
Real men do it with a keyboard.

This board looks so so familiar.  What switches are in it?  I think we had one of these on a call accounting system at a hotel we sold many years ago.

Actually it's pbt on white alps not clones.  Very excited to have this.  I really like the scoops and pbt is a bonus.  May use these caps over SGI on my Orion for this reason

It's branded KB101 on the back

Is that a silencing mod for it? Feel like it would make the keys too mushy.

Also, got it all second-hand so total was more mid-$200.

End game, however, would require at least the blue alphas as I'm in love with Hypersphere's setup.
