lol was trying to figure out why i feel their cherry mx brown regular 2~3g more force then my DAS kb. it just feel very crispy to type on ducky brown compare to das kb.
i tot maybe the mix switches cause me the problem, so this time i order the full brown mx switch to try out, it still feel very crispy compare to das cherry mx brown, when typing on it.

Same thing happened to me and I finally gave up.  Maybe I'll try again sometime later.  I'm not sure why everyone else except you and I seem to get normal numerals.  Two possibilities I can think of though:

1) I'm located in Asia, so perhaps they default the Chinese characters to IP addresses coming from Asia.

2) My OS (Windows 7, 64-bit) is not an English version, though I've set English as the primary language on it.  Furthermore, I've loaded/enabled all the East Asian languages (Japanese, Chinese, Korean).

I do have a computer with full-English Windows XP, and no East Asian languages enabled, so I might try that, but it isn't connected to the internet and doing so might be a bit of a hassle.  If you're able to track down what's causing this, please post the result, and likewise I will if I can figure it out.

So, I just ordered two keyboards from PChome.  I paid using Paypal, but at the end it just showed with just +20 USD for shipping and then the total amount.  I paid anyways.  I got the invoice from Paypal saying the money was sent, and another email that gave me my order number, but no invoice or information on what I bought.  Is this normal?  Will I get another email later showing the items that I bought?

I used Google Chrome to get the words to automatically translate to English.  Then during the checkout, I have to click on that >>>GO link or something to register for an actual account.  Then Step back out and put in my paypal info.  Whatevers, it worked for me.  Only #'s showed up in the captcha

That's the only email I got from PChome. You can check your order from the PChome website from your account management page (or something like that). There you can see a history of all your orders and see exactly what your order has in the package, including those free extra awesome glowing USB hub mousemats.

Hi ,have you change the "character encoding" under "view" of you browser?
If not, try to switch it to "BIG5 (Traditional Chinese)", then the pages should be shown and you shall be able to translate them by Google translator.

I'd suggest using Google Chrome to translate the pages to you automatically. If something is still unclear, check the guide on the previous page.

ah it's not that, i jus thought i wasn't able to get the filco tenkeyless from anywhere since elitekeyboards doesn't have them in stock and the pchome seemed to have soldout a long time ago.. so i settled for the ducky

but now that i found a place that sells them in armygroup i rather go that route

especially cuz i just read a few minutes ago the reviews on the ducky 1087 that i ordered and some nitpicky stuff that i'm not too happy about .. loose parts and such =T

edit: this is my first mechanical keyboard and don't exactly have a lot of funds on me so i want my purchase to be perfect =T

Note: I did this all translated!

1) click customer services at the top of the page.

2) then look for the "Unsubscribe / refund query" tab and click it. If you aren't logged in it will bring you to the log in screen. Put in your credentials and you should see your order with some options.

The build quality issues are over exaggerated. The only thing I could complain about mine is the plastic above the detachable cable. And that's so minor I can justify it for the cheaper price and good features.

Also after taxes and shipping the Filco from Armygroup will be a lot more expensive than a Ducky from PChome.

Dude, just install Chrome and let it auto translate everything for you. Most of the text becomes somewhat understandable.
