Kamil Wolnikowski (Jammer) - (HVSC--2006) - C64 chiptune

Would probably be great for a newage 8bit shmup.  I breezed through all of the 51k+ HVSC tracks, and I still feel like I've only dipped my toes in the chiptune/SID chip scene.

I've been super into Motohiko Hamase, Takashi Kokubo, and other Japanese ambient artists from the '80s lately. Where has this genre been all my life?

RATATAT - Wildcat (Wildcat)

I've been on a big Ratatat kick lately, just can't get enough of it.  :thumb:

Any similar bands anyone would recommend?  I've done some searching and tried a few recommendations (sorry, can't remember the specific artists), but nothing had quite the same energy and oomph to it that I get from Ratatat.

Been a sudo fan since ~2006 (Classics) and haven't really found a similar band.  It would be cool to hear of some new bands with a similar style and level of energy though.

Canít get enough Max Richter.  Been listening to selections from Sleep a lot lately.  Path 17 is bliss and helps me center (and yes, sometimes fall asleep)

I would love to attend one of the live performances that last the full 8 hours.
