I think jil mentioned earlier that the prices would not change even after these were dropped.

I still think this GB will now go into 2013 territory. No problems because it's far better to receive the caps after the Christmas Post Slaughterhouse Deliveries.

Peoplle, I asked SP for the lead time, and this is what we all should know:

"Thank you for the payments! We are currently looking at shipping in November. We do not have enough of the pink RCR material to complete this order and my suppliers' current lead time is 4 weeks (this means material will be delivered to me in 4 weeks and we still need to manufacture product after receipt). We can work on a portion of the order now, but won't have a definitive date until later this month.

Thank you!"

I personally reckon it sounds more like a December shipping. I'm not sure how long it takes to produce the keys, but if it takes around 4 weeks from now to get them (Today is the 17th in my time zone) it would be really late in November early December.

Yeah I would imagine getting these early-mid December at the earliest. Sounds like SP has some pretty quick turnaround times though.

My understanding of it was that the orders that were not paid for were removed from the list sent to SP, meaning they weren't still ordered, and only the ones paid for were actually ordered.

Hmm. I hope the estimation of shipping cost for International goes down. It seems rather high.. I managed to purchase my entire lot of keys from SP and only paid like $8 shipping for the lot.

How was it shipped MM? Bubble mailer I'm guessing..? The priority mail boxes that group buy runners typically use to ship out full sets from the US are a flat $17 worldwide. I wouldn't count on the shipping estimate coming down unless boost decides to use bubble mailers. Variable rate shipping has its own set of annoyng problems though. :-/

- [Nov. 03rd] Information of every order has been sent to boost so he can get the things sorted. People will get the invoice for shipping cost right after that.

- [Oct. 26th] Reply from SP about the lead time:

"Your order is in production and there are no problems with anything thus far. We are still waiting for material to arrive, though I expect to be able to ship your order by the middle of November."

What height are these keys? Are these those lowriders like Cherry doubleshots? Or are they the same height as my Leopold?

I have been wanting keycaps that are perfectly SMOOOOOOTH. My fingers hurt worse on lasered keycaps than on smooth ones. So I have been looking around for some Dye sub or double shot smooooth keys.

I need something beautiful to cheer me up. Not being able to use my hands sux

Yes, you're too late to order a set, they are already in the production stage. No, you can not buy one of the cancelled orders, as they were removed from the final list of keys to be produced, yes you will get a chance to purchase a set afterwards on www.techkeys.us when they are available.

As for the heights of the keys, I'd assume they are normal double shot height..
