Too much asian food in this thread.  We need to German it up a bit.

We have a German restaurant here in Lisle, Illinois that serves up a mean 2lbs pork shank.

Show Image

They also have over 75+ beers available - including many limited editions from Europe.

I'm not a big fan of beer - but the selection they have makes me wonder if I am missing out :(

Next time you are there just tell them bitte ein Bit...then drink what they bring you.

If he was, he wouldn't be outside in direct sunlight.
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

Made this when I was hammered. Buttered mostaccioli, garlic sauteed mushrooms, italian seasoning and a nice parmesan cheese added at the end. I was going to add some parmesan crusted chicken, but I didn't want to burn the house down, so I kept it simple.

So because of this thread, I haven't been able to get my mind off of a 4x4 and some animal fries.  Attached is a pic of 4x4 animal style, animal style fries, and a Michelada.  To those of you east of the Mississippi, In-N-Out is the most unfukwitable hamburger joint on the planet.  Fuddruckers, White Castle, Steak N Shake, Five Guys, Fatburger, etc., have nothing on In-N-Out.  I've traveled all over the country, and short of $20 restaurant burgers, nothing I've ever tried even comes close to the quality you get from In-N-Out.  Perfect buns, hand leafed lettuce, never frozen beef, freshly cut fries, I could go on forever.

The Michelada is basically a Mexican bloody mary.  There are variations, but I make mine with 24oz Modelo, 12oz Clamato, lots of Tapatio, a cap full of Worcestershire sauce, 1 full lime, and Tajin to rim the glass + about a spoon full in the mug.  It sounds gross, but don't knock it 'till you try it, it's almost as unfukwitable as In-N-Out.

I thought "porn" was in the title, most of the stuff posted so far looks great!

"However, even though I was born in the Mesozoic, I do know what anyone who wants to reach out to young people should say: Billionaires took your money. They took your chance to buy a home. They took your chance at a good education. They stole your opportunities. Billionaires took the things you want in life. If you really want those things, you have to take them back.
That's the message. That's the whole message. Say that every day, not just to reach America's frustrated young white men, but people of every age, race, and gender.
Late-stage capitalism is a wealth-concentration engine, focused on vacuuming up every dollar and putting it in as few hands as possible. Republicans are helping that vacuum suck.
How does a tiny fraction of the population get away with this? They do it by dividing the other 99% of Americans against themselves."
