He says that techkeys allows you to put the required amount of "flair" on your keyboard. (Sorry, just watched office space again)

I notice they have a beautiful WASD-keyboards branded keypuller in there amongst your keycaps.
It Matias really pronounced like that? I guess I never thought about it.
