Unfortunately, USPS went from $17 to $28 for small flat rate international. Nothing we can do about that, I'm afraid.

The link refers to the time when there were 20x ppl keen at the 50sets price (which works out well enough for $3+ each), looking at the OP now, it says 30x, have there been more interest in the RoG bases? and 10x more interested parties would impact on the additional costs each person bares?

Just interested in the final logistics. Not that I'm too fussed forking out $10 worth of handling fees etc

To get 30 orders, I need $1350, as you say.  Since price was capped at $30/set, that means those 30 people would have only given me $900.  That leaves a balance due of $450 spread across ~150 orders.  I had a lot of people ask me to remove their orders on top of the 20someodd that were deleted today.

There are subsidies on *everyone's* invoice for two reasons.  The most obvious is for the stuff that I want, WoR base/mods/tsangan, RoW mods/tsangan, RoG base/mods/tsangan.  This seems like a common practice to do and so it was added in December. 

The less obvious is RoG base.  The reason that happened is it was put to table that if the price of RoG was guaranteed lower, ~5-8 people would add it to their orders.  At the time, RoG base was struggling BIG TIME to get orders and was languishing at the MoQ range.  A majority of the people following the thread at the time welcomed the idea of a minuscule subsidy fee to guarantee the people that wanted RoG base kits didn't have to spend more than a RoW/WoR combo for that specific color combo. Of course, if you feel this is in error for you specifically or that you specifically shouldn't share in the burden I can rectify that situation.

As to shipping, the default is flat rate priority but I also have supplies like tape, paper, printer ink and other BS ilk that would be considered business cost elsewhere and not passed along.

As to the good news, I've received 53 payments already.

Instead of     RoW tsangan      it has to be     WoR tsangan

B-series was $37, not $35, that brings you to $109

On top of that, there's a paypal's handling fee ($3.83), so you're at $112.83.

In addition, there's the geekhack pack ($2, but can be removed if you don't want the 3 pack of geekhack logo keys), RoG base kit subsidy ($3), which has been discussed and explained recently enough, sorting ($2), cause seriously, there's going to be an enormous box of caps at my house that will need to be put into smaller boxes and shipped, and my caps ($1.50).

That's a total of $8.50 in misc fees and that puts you at $121.33.  I can remove the gh key pack from your order to save you the $2, but this (all the misc) isn't something I just threw in for giggles and in the case of paypal fees, is pretty much an unavoidable thing.

Just kidding, fixed.  It's entirely possible that's what's happened on the orders that I've had to edit in general.   Also, I've got my mouse bound to certain key words and it's entirely possible I hit the wrong one or got off a line on the order spreadsheet.

Also, no one worry about notating your GH stuff as I've got it on the memo line in all invoices (invisible to you) and the spreadsheet with paypal/gh IDs.  Paypal should give me an address, but I'll contact you if not.

Paid.  And not that I'm complaining, but I didn't order RoG, and I admit I stopped reading every post in this thread a LONG time ago, so I was surprised to see the RoG "subsidy" on my invoice, but at the end of the day, $64 shipped for a full set of double shots is a good deal, especially when I don't have do a goddam thing and they will magically appear at my doorstep.  In my opinion, everyone here should be lining up to kiss TJ's ass.
