Unless it is small enough you can put a stamp and drop it in a mailbox I would advise against using 'alternate' return address. USPS clerk will probably decide you are a terrorist and call the police.

Hi everyone, please PM me (if you haven't already) if you need the shipping information for the person you drew! If you happened to already know the person's address from previous trades or sales etc, please just confirm with me.

Due to how last minute this was organized (my bad) let's try to ship out our gifts sometime this week! Especially if your gift have to go overseas. I have been talking with some of you about gift ideas and what not and I'm excited to see the everyone's posts after they receives their gifts

If they have a username like Dan or I do, its pretty hard not to figure out the username from the return address.

Dropped of my person's gift this afternoon. And of course while I was there USPS tried to deliver my SkiData board and couldnt leave because signature was required

Sure, you're not 'supposed' to send that stuff in the mail, but it does. I remember when I worked at usps some j@ckass slapped a bunch of stamps on raw coconuts they were rolling off the lines and breaking all over the place. It was actually pretty comical.
Don't even get me started on some of the packages with foods from China...
