True. It sucks but I'm sure we'll get our orders eventually. I'm glad I bought a KMAC PCB as backup now though..

Yeah I'm in the same boat Photekq. I have enough keyboards to keep me busy for some time, but I really respect the Phantom project and it's disappointing to see its current state.

I've not got much hope left for this now but perhaps it will still happen yet. All we can do is wait.

Still good to know, but I've got almost $300 into this. I'm not putting any more in at this time.

using gb money to buy things then not having enough to send items. Not cool!
still believe this is the sole reason he is not sending orders.

i mean someone could do a head count using https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AjtaaflMO4z8dGhpampTc041dDVSa1FreVJPSXdDRVE#gid=0 but not sure if that was a final, there is also a list from WFD on any plates that went to bavman that could also be used to make a head count.

Mine shows as Rendom as I took over his PCB and Teensy plus Bavman has my ISO 150 plate from WFD to send on to save on shipping. Not received anything.

Mine is okooko's order. Should be a phantom kit and teensy, as I sold the plate he had in the order and I told Prof he didn't need to worry about sending me the stabilisers/leds that were a part of oko's order.

At this point we have to assume that Bavman won't be shipping the orders. Either he doesn't have the time, the will or the money to ship them. Hopefully he still has all the gear.

Is anyone still in contact with him outside of GH because he hasn't logged on in over a month again. I think at this point the best bet is for somebody to collect the gear and details from him and we pay that person the cost of shipping. It's not ideal but we might actually get the gear.

+1. Received everything but plate. I had offered to pay for the shipping, but he said he had got it... Several months ago.

This isn't final I bought mine from metafour im fairly sure he sold both one to me and one to someone else.

Most of International orders with both plates and pcb have not been shipped. Some from US also didn't get their boards.

I'm in the US and I never received my plates or pcb's. I've been talking with a few people via pm to discuss where things are. I've tried emailing and calling Bavman without any result. I really hope things are ok, but without any updates there is no way to know.

I'll keep trying to call and perhaps we also send a letter to his address.

Here's where I am so far.

1) I've tried emailing Bavman with no response
2) I was attempting to call but I kept getting a "this user is not available at this time" voice message.
3) I found a way to get around #2, no comments on this, but it just rings now until it disconnects.
4) I happened to find some new contact information for someone related to Bavman. I called today but I don't plan on leaving a message. I plan on calling again this week in the evening to get ahold of someone to find out why Bavly hasn't been getting back to anyone.

Edit: Also, Matt3o, if I have some free time tonight or tomorrow I'll get that census setup that we talked about. I have some data that we could use as a baseline, but I need to determine what other data we might need. (i.e. people switching orders, etc...)

I can do it but only if bavman ships them to me with Express courier since I'll leave Italy October 11 and I need to get them ASAP

I can proxy the boards as long as the shipping/packaging costs are covered. I can't afford to cover them myself.

However, if there's someone in DE who can do it that would be better. Royal Mail isn't exactly the best.

this is what will probably happen (just my assumption):

1) The proxy gets the boards (I can pay for shipping from Bavman to anyone if that's not covered)
2) The proxy asks for shipping fees to all those who have to get the boards (I know you are paying shipping twice, but better than nothing)
3) If someone doesn't want his board, the proxy sells the board in the classified and refund the original buyer

My concern is that unless somebody physically goes round to collect them from him and then deals with shipping we're never going to see these things.

So we're currently working with Bavman to try to arrange this. I may end up handling the rest of the US orders with Matt3o doing the international orders. I've sent Matt3o my spreadsheet and I will probably be contacting users in the next day or so to try to get a better count of who ordered what and determine where these need to be shipped to.

Actually I already have the list from WFD. I also have several messages in this thread as to which orders may have already shipped out. There were some cases where people didn't order plates, but I'm hoping Bavman is able to share the data he has with us as we try to sort this out.

It's going to take time, but I still believe Bavman is a good guy who just got hit with unfortunate circumstances. I really don't want this to reflect negatively on anyone. In the end we're a community working together to make and share some great stuff.

Thanks everyone!
