Yeah, no joke. iArson is selling that HHKB Pro JP for much less than what he bought it for (from me). I hope you're only taking a loss on this to help it move quickly.

Although topre is easily the best switch I have tried, I cant justify having it just for every now and then. Too worried to use it at work!

I have some questions about the layout. When you plug the keyboard in, does it type like an ANSI keyboard? I mean.... what does it type if I press shift+2? In an ANSI keyboard, it would type @, but from the legend, it seems as if it is going to type ". How about other non-alpha keys, such as keys on the right of P and L?

the legends are weird.

but the layout is the same.

should be no problem for touch typists.

Yes, regardless of what the legends on the keycaps show, the keys act exactly as an ANSI board would. The other keys don't even register (well, technically they probably produce the correct scan codes for those switches, but the OS disregards them).
