Someone requested plates to be made. He gave me the dwg files on Thursday night. I picked up the plates at 2:30pm today, snapped a few pics and talked to the operator for a bit. These stainless plates run at ~200 inches per minute. In comparison, 1/2" aluminum runs at 4 IPM and "air cutting" 1/16" aluminum (bad edge quality) can go up to 600 IPM.

My laser guy also just got in a 6 figure metal forming machine in his shop that is 1 1/2 stories tall.
