I hope the status of your health improves and that may you be showered with more cute girls. We love you clackman. I'm just glad that you are somewhat ok now physically as I know how hard it is to be unable to do the stuff you normally would do.

Anyone know how to fix the notifications on Tapatalk? I don't get any notifications for any thread on GH and it's driving me insane... I miss all the cc opportunities.

I was having issues with mine for a while. I went into tapatalk and totally turned off all notifications, closed the app, launched it again and turned notifications back on. Seems to have fixed my issue.

What OS & version are you guys using? I'm on Android 4.4.2 and Tapatalk 4.10.2... there's an update to 4.11.2 available but I've been ignoring it as I heard it was a bit wonky.

So weird you can't turn on notifications  Have you tried uninstalling then reinstalling to see if it fixes anything? Or reverting to a prior version? http://www.apkmirror.com/apk/tapatalk-inc/  I guess Spy is probably a more reliable option, I just know it always bugs me when stuff doesn't work for no good reason  :p

Strangely, one of my wins was posted from Tapatalk while I was in the car (someone else driving)... I had crap 3G service for just a few minutes and managed to get in. I think I used up all my luck on that win, nothing since :))

I've still not tried this tapatalk thing.  Camping full website spy on my phone is quick enough to get in on wifi, I'm yet to catch one while out to say whether 3g is good enough.  Most of my entries have been on a first gen netbook which is more convenient as the screen stands up by itself :)

I cant get the taptalk or notifications to work correctly, there is always a delay and you only have about 45 seconds as is. Spy is the only reliable thing, in my experience anyway.

When Tapatalk updated to 4.10.X, it started having pretty bad issues.  They recently pushed out 4.11 which has solved many of those issues.  I was using 4.8.3 for the longest time, until the most recent update.  So far, all of my entries into CLACKVENT have been from Tapatalk notifications, since I am normally at work when they occur.  Still 0/21  :(

Tapatalk 4.11.2 on my android 4.4.4 has been working extremely well thus far in the Clackvent. If I can get to my phone before the notification of any replies to Clack come it, swiping from the lock screen will go straight to the thread where I can reply or refresh waiting for it to unlock. If there are replies, it will go to the list of notifications so there's an extra page load to go through, but I've only missed a couple that I've seen go off on my phone.

Now, forgetting my phone somewhere or being without cell access is a different story, of course  :p

Hoping for a nice surprise tonight Clack! I'll be raising a glass to you.

**** ME!!! I was out of money but I just got my tax refund so now I may be in for these remaining days.
People in the 1980s, in general, were clearly just better than we are now in every measurable way.

The dumber the reason the more it must be done
