Holy ****ing sale of sales. Kind of surprised at the prices considering the seller ...

?

Did I miss another sale!?

He's likely referring to this thread posted in Member Auction Links.

Yeah I didn't realize there was already about it. That's what happens when you float on the outskirts for a couple weeks

Seems to be right around what they go for on Ebay. Maybe just a tad bit more expensive.

Such therapy.

All the GH "great collectors" of recent have disappeared.

The problem when you don't work for something is that when you have it 'all' its value to you is significantly less than if you had taken months/years to work for it.. So when the 'great collectors' have collected they then sell them off.
I imagine this is what is happening here, wouldn't be surprised it if was scrinjin(?) i don't remember how his user name was spelled

yeah, synny probably dumped over 30k into his clack/bro collections, so this would barely even dent it. and at this rate, it'd take months for him to sell it all off and people would identify it as him by the second or third posting, so pretty pointless. more than likely if/when he moves to sell publicly, it'll be a dump like he did with hkp and priority will go to big/reputable buyers (since his rep is kind of in the tank).

His way of producing is very unique, and unpredictable

Did he seriously spent $30K?

Nah the way you did it was the best way IMO with things like that is best to be as open and honest as possible so people can give as much as they want.
Selling things off on burner Reddit accounts for insane prices is what cowards do.

Why does a colorway that clean have to be so damn expensive?
People in the 1980s, in general, were clearly just better than we are now in every measurable way.

The dumber the reason the more it must be done

After seeing that Reddit thread, came for therapy. It's even more painful to know they were originally around ~20 dollars.

For the tricolor thats a >3000% markup
Such artisan, many caps, very keyboard.
