First world problem.
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

What about address?
I had a package that went AWOL and ended up having to call three other shipping companies and eventually found out it had been sent back to the return address, but I had to press them a bit and it does depend on who answers when you call.
Do you have a tracking number?

I don't think you can other than HMRC but thats more if you need to pay for it or dispute the payment, you could give them a call or check with your local post office, otherwise contact clack himself but you will be the only person to of had a clack go missing :X

I had a problem once where a package that I was expecting from the US didn't arrive. I didn't get a card through the letterbox and so I went to the local sorting office to enquire. I was told at the sorting office that there was nothing waiting for me so I contacted the vendor who promptly sent out a replacement which arrived without having any customs charges to pay.

A month or so later, the vendor contacted me to say that the original package had arrived back with him. There was a label saying that there was a customs charge and as I had apparently not collected the item then it has been returned. It was annoying because it looked to the vendor that I had not bothered to collect it because it had a customs charge on it but I had tried my best.

tl;dr... Go to your local sorting office and get them to check and double check that there isn't something there for you.

Your tracking said delivered which means it arrived at your local sorting centre. They should have sent you a slip asking you to pay customs charges. Contact them.

Yep, that's what I was saying happened to me a while back - no card through the door and the item ended up going back to the sender. In my case, I had actually been to the sorting office and asked them to check and they said that they had nothing. As you say, unbelievable.

I went to the post office yesterday.. I was too late though, don't know what is wrong with me. I arrived 10 minutes before closing.

It took her 10 minutes to resolve my issue, after explaining 10 times, I didn't receive any paper, she finally agreed to search package by my ID.
She found it, but me "stupid" didn't have cash to pay(I really don't know how I forgot to withdraw cash, which takes 1 min, and it's basically on my way to post office, jsut shoot me), only CC, so she didn't want to wait for me to withdraw cash.

Conclusion: She promised they won't send package back, and I can pick it up tomorrow.

The customs fee they might if it weren't law, but not their "handling charge."  At least they actually had to do something to earn it this time, if only because they're inefficient...

**** happens, just some **** takes a while to clean up. At least the clacks should be easy to correct.
People in the 1980s, in general, were clearly just better than we are now in every measurable way.

The dumber the reason the more it must be done

Unbelieveable. What a useless bunch of ****s.
Can we get them to build the Alps ten feet higher and get Cherry to pay for it?

It's happened to me before. One person writes down "do not return" then another worker forgets and returns it anyway.

People need to re-evaluate life if they're spending $42+ shipping for CC fakes.

They're literally throwing their money away, at least hit a casino or something where you have a chance of getting something in return. lol
