No, no Clackvent , that was a nightmare and I never even had a chance. I mean if you are like me with a full time job, kid, personal life you just can't camp in the middle of the night next to a thread, at least I can't do that, not even for a cool cap.
Normal sale 4ever  not that I'm very lucky with those but at least is something I can do  :p

I did shameful things to get a post in during clackvent.  [shakes head]  Shameful.

Tapatalk notifications, it works maybe 80% of the time. No camping required.

But you may look a bit ridiculous pulling out your phone and trying to make a comment.
People in the 1980s, in general, were clearly just better than we are now in every measurable way.

The dumber the reason the more it must be done

A while back someone made a script that downloaded all the pics from the post your clacks thread. Does anyone have any idea who made that so I can contact the person? I want to use it to make a folder of images my screensaver could rotate through.

That's the wrong thread (that's the gallery), not that you make people in therapy even more sad when you show of your gorgeous cap here :)

I'm not sure the reasoning behind it either, the blue one's ive seen are a bit deeper in color that could be it. This one seems almost pale.

You can't tell by a picture with the key by itself.

As I understand it cc made batches, picked out ones that he didn't think fit the color for the release/sale exactly, drilled holes in the back, and then sold them as f2. Quality control.
My wife I a also push her button . But now she have her button push by a different men. So I buy a keyboard a mechanicale, she a reliable like a Fiat.

F2s are commonly lighter in color, especially the blues. As absyrd said, it's just to denote that it didn't quite match the rest of the lot.

I was guessing the eyes were black since you can see the Jack's eyes clearly and a cast shadow wouldn't make it that dark (I think)

Do people think he will be doing more sales?

He had some rather serious health problems and other unfortunate circumstances.  I was sure he was done.  We were all just hoping he would come through it, whether he made caps or not.

Then he posted that he was going to finish the 4/20 sale, so that gave us all hope that he was alive and well (and maybe making caps).  He hasn't posted since then, but there hasn't been any new reasons to think he won't continue.
I'm back.

I remember seeing artisans when ClickClack was pretty much the only one. I probably could've joined several buys. I lurked GH around 2010 to learn more about Model Ms. I saw the skull caps here and there, but never bothered to learn more.

The regret I feel is great.
