@PD
Yeah I know about 'Korean pride' but this is business lol not some child's game... But meh u won't be supporting them

They went into it knowing it wasn't going to be good business for them.

"These shirts are not great business for us. A TeamLiquid product that had the exact same costs and conditions would have been scrapped before making it to the store. Yet, having the SKT shirts on our store and making them available to the fans around the world is a dream for us, and we just couldn't decline when SKT came knocking. Also, we think that opening our doors in this way could be an important step toward offering more merchandise from Korean teams in the future."

All stock is sold out in NA store now. Pretty good for having been available for like all of 2 days before selling out.

Toss IMBA #stateofthegame

Jokes aside from the somewhat recent matches I occasionally watch on YouTube. These new maps in the tourney rotation are quite bad.

I think pre the new balance patch the game was fine and the maps in tournaments were good. For the most part terrans that where good and played well beat Protoss without much effort really, it was only the bad players or good played that played badly in some games that lost out... and ZvP has been pretty stagnant for a while with the only new thing coming in being the SH play, which Koreans are still figuring out. The game was as good as it's ever been to watch really...

But, tbh I find the game super tedious to play. My MMR decay was so extreme (becasue I work and travel alot meaning I can only play in like small bursts and then not at all for like two weeks) that I went from playing masters players to playing silver players... I wasn't really ever close to being in masters league but I was starting down that path from simply being top dia to being low masters... but that was destroyed for me when the MMR decay system was introduced. Since then I've been having a pretty miserable time of it... playing people who are total and utter garbage isn't fun or interesting win or lose... and other than 1v1 there is nothing really interesting or fun to do with sc2... team games are garbage, FFA has the worst ****tiest maps possible and becasue everyone can see your 1v1 league if you spawn with a bunch of silvers and golds it quickly becomes a 5v1 or what ever it is...

But that's just me.

It's here!

The sizes are definitely not unisex... I ordered a small and when I typically buy esports/game shirts, I get men's small and they fit pretty good especially after one wash. The jersey definitely fits roomier than any shirts I've gotten, probably because it's a jersey, but its still pretty big on me (5'2", around 110 lbs). Will have to see how much this will shrink.

So sad... :(

Yeah pretty sad. I would just consider building a different team to work on LotV at this point. Such bad flexibility just doesn't suit a team of game designers.

It's ok, having a game where most of the time either play is doing nothing but massing up an army and having every game be decided on one attack will never grow old... promise...

Yea that was kinda lame... Every pro player that ever played on stage knows the risk when proxying stuff. I think it was just an excuse to get away from the game that he hates at the moment. I can't say I feel different about it tho  :-X
This sucks more than anything that has ever sucked before.

personally i've always considered him a douche.
At IEM NYC last year, he basically tried to bugger off as soon as he could.  Wasn't very friendly when people stopped him to chat or ask for a pic/auto tbh.
And his attitude makes me personally not like him.

Not to mention he plays dirty protoss!

and Taeja wins 3-2.

Taeja does that early quitting a lot against protoss if his initial strat fails.
I think he said in an interview he didn't want to waste time playing it out and didn't have his mind worrying about it.
He'd rather just forget it and move onto the next game.

Does anyone else have trouble motivating yourself to play starcraft? I feel like I've hit a wall, skill-wise, my mechanics aren't improving and my mmr is jumping between the same steps. I don't think more or less when scouting or just general gameplay. It's gotten to more of a pattern than anything.
I open 15 hatch 16 pool, make two sets of lings because I know it's going to be a reaper expand, take my gases at around 5 minutes and try to get my third at 6:30-7. Hold the 2-2 upgrades midgame push, counter attack and either throw or win the game. I should have a 4th up, so I try to max on ling bane muta while teching to ultras. Unless he attacks me at this point or slightly before, I attack while being careful, making sure that the mutas don't die. Remax on ultra ling bane, depending on how much damage I did with the previous army. I can either attack him off-creep or wait for him to come to me.
And thats pretty much every ZvT I've played for the past 3 weeks where I don't do something stupid like roach-nydus, or an odd mech game. I have the same issue with zvp but its not as bad with zvz.
Uh, stuff.

MMR decay killed any motivation and enjoyment I got from the game and I've not even launched Sc2 in about 3weeks or so... and I used to play daily..

They changed the decay a lot, it degrades a lot slower, and it takes almost two weeks for it to kick in. You might be talking about the ladder percentage changes.

No, I'm talking about the MMR decay. They have fixed it now.. but not before it totally ****ed with my account dropping me from top (lolinorite) diamond to bottom silver, twice. I managed to get back to Plat and before I stopped was around 70% w/l trying to get my MMR high enough again to get back into Dia before I just got bored and tired and stopped playing all together.

Though, impart due to the balance changes they have put in and further patches they will be applying in future in order to totally nurf Protoss and the AMA with David Kim where he made it crystal clear that they have no intention of fixing Protoss... then I have no desire to start playing again.

I am one of those who doesn't have any problems with protoss, I actually think they are weak in Diamon and lower. I dislike ZvZ though... a lot.
This sucks more than anything that has ever sucked before.

I played Protoss lol, I have no problem with it and I don't see that Blink stalker all in vs T is bad... the months of ****ing 111 I had to deal with and watch in GSL made me hate terran, but you know what happened, people learn to ****ing deal with it and it stopped happening. Now every Pro seems to marty them selfs so they can get the game patched and balanced back in there favor... and Blizz the clueless morons happy comply...

...oh look protoss is making blink stalkers... hur hur better build one bunker at my natural hur hur and only make marines hur hur

I just watched sOs vs. herO best of 7 at IEM Katowice.
Felt like I was watching a brood war Z v Z.
Shortest best of 7 I've ever seen.

I'm pretty sure I just played my first map hacker, he sent his first crossmap to proxy a rax without scouting the other bases. I'll upload the replay in an hour or so.
