I've got a 1990 G80-5000 that I keep at work, but I'm sure I've got something older than that.

Plus it'll look like a spring chicken compared some of the choicer examples...

How about oldest continuous ownership?  I got my model M when they were still selling model Ms with IBM PCs.  1994.  Too bad my family lost the Focus with Alps that we had before that.

What are you asking for mini66? Is that a G80-5000? Or is that hoggy's specific keyboard?

My DEC writer is pretty old, probably late 70s.

My hall effect keypads are late 70s too.

My WYSE is pretty old as well, and probably my oldest working board.

I've got (i believe) an 80s, maybe late 70s NASA keyboard laying around. I can try to take a picture of it but I bet  you HaaTa already has pics of it online somewhere.
I also have an Atari cx85 numpad that's missing a key. It has linear switches that are similar to the NMB space invader technology but I'm blanking on the actual switch right now.

4.5Kg, which is about as much as a 122-key Model F. Of course, this one is  barely any wider than an SSK (although a lot deeper and taller)

I have a Model M, a Wyse terminal, and a SGI Granite and I enjoy using all of them.  Also have a Model F but that is a slightly odd layout (not an AT board.)  Would love to trade it for a F AT with a "normal" numpad area.
Filco Majestouch-2 with Cherry Corp. doubleshot keys - Leopold Tenkeyless Tactile Force with Wyse doubleshots - Silicon Graphics 9500900 - WASD V1 - IBM Model M 52G9658 - Noppoo Choc Pro with Cherry lasered PBT keycaps - Wyse 900866-01 - Cherry G80-8200LPBUS/07 - Dell AT101W - several Cherry G81s (future doubleshot donors) (order of current preference) (dang I have too many keyboards, I really only need two)

My oldest is my Commodore PC5 / G80-0499HAU. I forget the exact production date but I think it's some time in 1984 or 1985 which makes it a pretty early MX model. I don't use this one though since I don't have any computers that speak what it does, and thus am not even sure if it's still functional.
