Where is WFD – part II
« on: Fri, 11 October 2013, 16:56:29 »
This thread was closed, so I’m continuing it here. First of all, I just wanted to say that I have not scammed anyone. If you’ve had a keyboard built by me in the past, or even one that is pending, you’d know I only collect money after it’s finished and shipped out. I even front money for all the parts. There were a few keyboards I sent before my vacation that I haven’t even gotten a chance to collect all the costs for yet. There is no one that paid me anything which I’m holding.

Again, I’m truly sorry for what my situation has put a lot of you through, especially the whole GH60 GB. But starting mid next week, I’ll be back to a normal 9-5 schedule where I’ll have some down time on GH in the following priorities:

-Shipping out GH60 prototypes
-Finishing up pending keyboards/services
-Calavera’s project
-Plates
-Other misc stuff not mentioned

Awesome WFD! Thanks for the update. Thank you especially for clarifying that you have not taken money for services not rendered.

Again, doxing and harassing other users is NOT OK on geekhack. I realize that it's hard to wait for something cool that you want, but please, even if you are demik and hence not an adult, please do your best to act like one as often as possible while you're here (which you'll notice even demik has been doing. if he can you can folks).

Thanks folks! also glad to see the GH60 project will be getting unblocked. Can't wait to see some finished boards there.

Woohoo, it is great to see you back.

I think I can say for the whole community, nobody doubted your integrity, however certain things were getting delayed, and people including myself were looking for solutions to get them out of the way. However, the best thing possible was for you to come back and do what you do best, and this is what is happening.

Btw ItsBc, not sure how or where you found that number you've been calling, but it's not my home phone, nor my personal number. It's not even at the same physical location and that's why the person picking up is never me. I mentioned this before, but that is a business line, and they'll keep rejecting your call if it's for non business inquiries. I'll PM you my cell if you need it, but calling that number is not the way to do it. Also, there's only a corporation website, not a personal one, so that phone number has not been changed or taken off. Wherever you're tracking all this info from is obviously inaccurate.

This is in regards to this post.

I won't go into details, but yea, it was the only way to get in contact with you, short of sending you a letter to your address. Sorry if it caused you any trouble, I was polite to anyone I spoke to.

6ft under, where the clack factory is

Clack Factory is more like 600ft under in a heavily protected bunker.

Hi guys, I'm back to GH as of today. Still working, but not on a crazy schedule anymore.

Lots of stuff to catch up on, including PMs. I won't be able to answer all of them at this time, so if you sent me a simple question or if my youtube channel brought you here, please refer to THIS thread instead.

I mean, I just wish I could get some kind of feedback from WFD about my keyboard. thought I might be able to at least get that since it's his 'highest priority on this forum'. :/
was hoping to get it signed at blizzcon(planned months and months in advance), but it's fast approaching...

I've seen those--kinda wish those who signed the keyboards were a bit more creative about it.  Just spoils the keyboard for me.  I would have signed in a corner diagonally and in smaller font, to not make it so "OMG HERE'S A SHARPIE GRAFFITI ALL OVER YOUR KEYBOARD"  :p

isn't the internet cool, demik? you can say what ever you want and stuff. you don't even have to read the thread you're posting in, you can just post on a whim and ask questions that are answered on the previous page and post egocentric opinions. yea, fun stuff.

Says the guy that is doxing someone else and threatening to send his girlfriend to the person's house...

Tell me you aren't outside his window right now, OP.  WFD is not your denko-chan.

if you take sending a 5'4 100 lbs girl to your house as a threat... oh nvm looked at your pic... girl not even once lol

I'm sure your girlfriend finds you super mature for your comment.

Why are so many posts degenerating into personal abuse these days?
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

I'm tempted to find one of precarious's old posts about this.  It's a good read.
