It definitely seems like there are more winners of these sculpted caps (Cherokeys, Rustlers, now these). I wonder if this is the result of Bro scaling up his production or something. The quality is definitely very very high so I can't imagine they're easy to make (read: time consuming).

while we won't know if there were more caps available this time unless bro/bunny release the details, it's likely that we'll see more visibility from winners here because of the entry requirement. people being active members of the community = higher likelihood of sharing their winnings, less of the cap abyss ****.

Seems like there were a lot of winners. We're there more caps than usual? Less entries? Would be curious to hear some stats. Regardless, congrats to everyone that got in.

I was just thinking the same thing, seems like a good chunk of winners this time. My initial gut feeling is that the 50 post requirement lowered the total number of entries and consolidated most of the remaining entries to members of GH. It makes me kind of curious how many redditors/etc won before and we never saw or heard from them. If my assumptions are correct I am honestly quite happy with that being the case. It feels better to see people who contributed to the community win vs. a bunch of Johnny-come-latelys.

I finally won something!  The sexy MX Feast of Blood Lycan is mine.  I was hoping for Topre Bloodlust or BS Plum Grumpkin as my top two, but I can't complain because it's an awesome cap.  A bit of sticker shock though since I was thinking the shipping and such would be for 2-3 caps, but it is what it is.

Congrats I got that one too!

No I no longer feel special  :'(

Congrats Nubbs!!!! The RNG god favours you! Finally huh! Patience has its virtue!

I need therapy seeing people getting Hallowed! That’s one of the caps I sought after!

Thanks man.  I guess my blood sacrifice finally slaked their thirst a little.

Huh. Yeah. Be open, share your ideas, post a lot.
"Oh, you posted some simple thoughts that weren't meant to be rude or mean or anything? Let's twist the **** out of it and belittle you! But it's not hard to post more!"

Who the hell wouldn't be disappointed (even a little bit) about not getting one of these? They're awesome. Even if you had 50,000 posts.

I'm not complaining about having to meet the requirement. I understand it and was simply playing devil's advocate.

Funny how NOT ONE OF YOU quoted the last part of my post...

This is why it can be hard to post here.

Please help us understand why it's hard to post HERE compared to anywhere else on the internet? People not agreeing with what you say isn't a GH problem. If you go on any forum to ****post and complain about how unfair life is, cranky arseholes like myself will feel obliged to comment on it. At some point one of the sweet upstanding member of the forum will probably go out of their way to make you feel 'included'. That is the beauty of internet.

Paging rowdy...

Yes?

With 6 new pages of therapy I might have missed something ...
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

It looks like a lot more people are winning because of the 50 post requirements here on GH. So community members here are going to post here instead of just winning and never being heard from.

And there are still more winners to come!

LOL. Getting to 50 posts wasn't something I did consciously. When I got into this hobby back in May GH was the first place I registered and have found everyone here to be pretty cool. Even went to the GH meetup at Matias in toronto back at the beginning of the summer. Saw artisans on the keyboards there and further down the rabbit hole i've come. :D Thanks again!
