I only ask because I wonder if a dark, solid color bot with translucent eyes would work as a backlit key. Bro, you could definitely answer this question without the mutilation of your artwork, which would be far less tragic.

Unless he has changed his technique, the eye shot does not go through to the back.  I'm not sure if that's something he can change.  But we can speculate!

Ahhhh. Well, that solves it. Thanks Hoff. I look at the triple layered caps like the Canada Bot and it makes me wonder. I'm betting a tri layered bot with three translucent colors would have a similar effect. The eyes would be the color of that middle layer and the light would shine through the whole cap. A boy can dream!!
