They both have their advantages and disadvantages. The raffles give a fair shot to everyone however there are way more entries. Email entries are horribly unfair for anyone out of the country due to latency on the emails but because of the time restraints far less people enter.

Don't forget Malaysians. I'm so used to waiting but I still cringed at the shipping cost. The shipping cost is around USD$13; half the price of the caps.. one time I had two caps from different times arrived to me at the same time. It's twice the cost. And I wonder if I should use those Borderlinx or VPost proxy service instead - these guys will help store your stuff for 30 days, repack them and ship them at a go, so generally it saves shipping, especially if they are as small as a cap.

I think the raffle style is better, but the max. cap limit should be only one or two. 4 caps or even 5 is too much for one person, while others get nothing.

In the raffles, everyone is equal. However there are often giveaways, done by Bro and others, which prioritize people who haven't won.

Still just glad you got your stuff...I couldn't imagine that wait/uncertainty. And for me, it's consistently taken 3 weeks to get anything from china, and it takes 2 weeks to get anything from asia and europe outside of the uk.
