Might have to sell some additional caps in my collection soon to help pay some bills. I understand the rule of only selling Bros at retail, per Bro himself. In order to stay compliant, would I list the cap for sale at retail price of the cap itself (not including shipping/fees)? I'm pretty sure you can include shipping and other fees, but a more experienced member might want to chime in to verify that.

I don't think there are any rules written in stone for reselling caps. It is usually just frowned upon for trying to make profit. I would totally sell it for what you paid (including shipping & pp fees). I don't think anyone would take issue with either of those options you are contemplating.

I'd sell for what I purchased them for. Adding fees plus shipping should be okay. I've seen people get banned for trying to profit.

Yep, just don't clearly flip for profit.

A decent rule of thumb is to sell it for a price such that shipping is paid for and you don't lose any money from the whole deal (retail cap price + ship to you from Bro + ship to buyer from you). In theory if everyone does this it will eventually raise the price a bit, but morally there's no shame in it. In the end, it's up to you.
