With the newest firmware, F11 and F12 are you're user configurable leds.
Press either till they go bright again and then you can cycle through the main modes.
Or Press and hold Fn+F10 to turn them all off and turn it on again.
If you ever need to reset it, hold both winkeys at the same time, it will reset the whole board.
Good luck! :p

It seems odd that it is a few alternate keys in one row - like is there a short on the PCB maybe?

If this is still under warranty, and no-one can think of anything that will probably turn out to be blindingly obvious, can you RMA it?

Try pressing the fn/menu key and print screen, then pressing the keys that are still on. I'm pretty sure it's a hardware issue, but it's worth a shot.

Firmware is upgradeable.  If you are sure you are running the latest version, then there is nothing else that you can do to the firmware.

My Shine 3 does not exhibit this, but I have not idea what firmware it is running.  I can turn all LEDs on, or all LEDs off (or any of the intermediate flashing modes).

You say the led as if it is just one. Could this be the space bar?
If not, what key is it?
