We're probably running this through Google Hangouts. It's got all the functionality built in. BlueBar and I were testing it the other day. Well...BlueBar was being functional and I was just spazzing out trying to figure things out. It's got a built in Q&A function and everything.

Might be useful if you want to join as somebody on the stream, but it's not mandatory.
If you want to ask questions actively (via the Q&A function) or if you want to be on the stream (not just as a viewer!), a Google+ account is needed though.

OK the first post has been updated with a lot of information.

There is also a form where you can register for joining the stream as a streamer (!).

People that asked if they could join already will most likely be given priority.

I'm pretty sure the Hangout automatically uses your webcam but you might be able to turn the webcam streaming off. If not, unplug or cover it up.

Filled out the form. I can basically stream until whenever -- midafternoon here on a Sunday means I have basically no commitments.

Yes please. You don't need an awesome connection as the hangout happens serverside afaik. That means your PC sends your audio and video (will have to test if you can do audio only) to the server and the server distributes it. Worst thing that would happen is low quality video.

Well it is a GH stream, I'm not sure if they would approve of that? You know with "GeekWhack" and all. I have never used reddit in my life and I find it extremly confusing. You are afaik from reddit? If you think they would approve, feel free to post an announcement over there.
