That design looks just like a standard layout, just the key assignments are different. So you could just buy a standard 60% plate

Attached to that post is 60ANS125.dxf which is the plate design he needs.

A one off of this plate in aluminum is probably going to be close to the price of the titanium plate I posted.
I may be wrong though.

Of course gon is also a great option, but those won't have cutouts for top removal if that is what you want.

Get it cut in 1.5mm mild steel - cheap as chips.
