Anyway, I just wanted to ask people how they use their Hack'd by Geeks keyset

Do you guys use them with flat keyboard or angled keyboards?

Most of Hack'd lives on my Ducky with the legs tucked up so it's at a slight angle, I have not needed to write anything significant since it arrived so can't really say if it's perfect but It seems pretty comfortable.

Out of interest I just tried with the legs up for a greater angle but that really wasn't comfortable - I did not finish this line before putting them down again.

I use SA profile on quite flat boards, just a few degress of angling. IMHO, Cherry profile is best for higher angles, SA for flattish (either positive, flat or negative angled).

I don't think anyone opted for it if you bought both. I think bunny said there were 9 people who ordered at least both kits and are waiting. I agree it's frustrating, but at this point I need to make a new build for them anyway, but yea... I'm not used to group buys and being patient.  I imagine when the 9 of us get them, we can have a group therapy class or something.

It would be great to hear other keyboard/typing experiences too, this is the first set with the Row1 number row as far as I know

I guess I'm finally going to build the keyboard for my brother this week, I was just considering whether I should build it into a flat Tex case, but I'm guessing the Vortex Alu. case with the default angle might be better

I only tested the set with a WASD V2, which has a higher angle than the 60% Vortex case, I have to say it seemed pretty comfortable with V2 too, doesn't make too much sense, but it was comfortable regardless of the higher angle of the Row1 (the V2's default angle is higher than the 60% cases)
(Just tested them a bit more on the V2, I would rate them default-keyboard-angle-safe :)

I'm also in that group, and I spoke to Bunny who said it would all ship together. Anything that hadn't been sent out by the time the issue was found had the extras added to their order automatically.

firstly, it wasnt as much as i was expecting to ship them, i think including international it cost me sub $400 to ship all the scoops out

so its partly that its a ton of work to invoice like 150 people for $2-$5 and partly because its not peoples fault sp left them out of the original buy and i dont like people having to pay more than they expected through no fault of their own

Well it was not your fault either. I've never invoiced anyone but I understand it becomes a burden when you have to invoice hundreds of people.

I apologize if my last post came off as angry at all. Like I said it's a little frustrating, but I understand life happens and this is just a side thing for you guys. I'm just looking for some sort of update.

This Group Buy has cost him dearly BUT he still makes sure everybody gets their orders and if there is a mistake he shall correct it.  He's the ONLY one who cares if you are happy about your order, so you have to love someone for doing that these days.
