Great looking keyboard and numpad! That's a very clean look. :thumb:

I would guess to avoid skin oils on the surface.

Very nice paint job.

Nice job, but there is an FC660M with a stock blue case available, isn't it?

Good looking paint job man! How is the clear coat on the keycaps holding up? Do they feel much different to you after spraying them? That's the one disappointment I have with my 660C, the laser infilled lettering just doesn't hold up well to mah fingers :(

You did a really nice job.  :thumb:

I'm also curious about how the key caps feel after applying that clear coat.

Very well done!

I also like the black and white background theme to the pictures - really highlights the resultant blueness :)
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

great color choice and awesome result! I think you'll be limited to white keycaps though but it's a nice scheme.
