Oh wow... Got to get me some of that "tactical" Browns elite keyboard!

Why water down the brand like this?!?!?! Seriously, why u do dis?

I really hope this doesn't reduce the availability of the Clear and Green boards, since it's been easy to recommend a Code to those looking for a board with Clears and LED's.
Buying more keycaps,
it really hacks my wallet,
but I must have them.

Code used to be sought after because of its 'rare' MX Clears. Then, it's MX Green was curious - Green is kinda rare too, isn't it? But Brown? That's what everyone is selling!!

How could browns be the worst guys? It's "tactical". They're tactical switches with tactical feedback. It's like you're literally in the Army

You should treat that as a good thing.

I was actually pretty happy with this announcement. I had bought a MX clear CODE a while back but returned it because of the ping and weight of the switches. While those two issues were deal breakers, it otherwise had everything I could have asked for in a tenkeyless keyboard. When I had the clear switch one, I quite distinctly remember saying to myself, "This would be perfect if it had brown or red switches." And now here we are. I got mine yesterday, and absolutely love it. The backlighting is smooth and even, and it only pings if I'm holding the keyboard in my hand, so that's a non-issue.

After months of going back and forth with various keyboards, I might have found my new home daily driver.
