Combine them with the fact that it's apparently impossible to get a Bro during an actual sale (I've been trying for a bloody year with no success), and owning a bro-cap is just straight up impossible.

At least with clacks you can actually get one if you're willing to shell out the dough.

There is no most likely about it.  I've received some if those shady PMs in the past and Reddit threads make it pretty clear too.
