I for one am very happy with the forte signing and ivory walking. Love the contract, and I think forte will thrive in our offense. I will be sad to see powell go if we dont re-sign him.

Coby Fleener to the Saints for $36m over 5 years. Brees definitely needs to build his receiving core back up again.

And the Eagles just signed a 3 year deal with a CB with no INTs in his 3 year career so far. Spent most of his time on special teams, spent all of last year on IR and the season before that he made 1 start.

As I said above, if the Eagles paid $16m a year for Sam Bradford I'm okay with $17m. I've followed the Texans from day 1 and this is the first ballsy move they've ever made.

I honestly think both those contracts are overpays, but Bradford certainly less so. They at least could have made less of it guaranteed so he could prove himself for a season. Miller, on the other hand, was a great pickup for the price. Terribly used in Miami, but a very good back

I agree about them both being overpaid, but you don't have a choice if you don't have a QB really. Brock was the best free agent out there, so they had to overpay. I definitely think Miller is going to be good too.

Hackenberg? Honestly, I don't totally blame them since the QB draft class this year is ****.

If they had drafted Hackenburg in the first round I might've become a Cowboys fan. I don't like him.

I will go back to what I said about preferring to draft an untested rookie than for out millions on a decent backup as a starter.

Peyton will return to the Broncos at some point, and I can't see a QB under the guise of him and John Elway turning out terrible.

The problem is, Brock had 7.5 games, and in those games he wasn't exactly lights out: 10 TDs, 6 INTs for just shy of 2,000 yards. I watched all those games and while he looked serviceable, it wasn't exactly like I had any confidence drive to drive.

I think he may be another Brian Hoyer: up and down middle of the pack QB.
