Hi, everyone

After the long wait, we can finally start this GB. I am so exciting. I think we have a great IC(https://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=83590.0 )and we will have a great GB too.

Here are the final design:










Features:
Aluminum 6063t
CNC made cases
Anode
7 degree slope
Fully programmable
Full LED backlighting
NO ISO in the final design.

The kit will include:
Top case(wk or wkl)
Middle case
Bottom case
Plate(full or partial)
PCB
Logo D(made of alu and anode)
Cable (Can be upgraded)
Screws and rubber mat

Color option: black,silver,red,blue,gray,pink(for all the layer,plate,logo D)



NOTES:
The cable will be fixed on PCB with xh2.54(no need of soldering,just plug-in like usb).The kit will include one cable.
Anyone want to upgrade the cable with YABRO PS2 is extra $10.

Updates here:

Sorry to tell everyone that we have some delay in this GB.Due to the serious environmental problem here,all the anode factory have been shut down.

We have finished all the CNC progress,and all the keyboards are waiting for anodizing.

The good news is we are expecting to start anodizing within this week,that means i'll try my best to start shipping it before lunar new year(in this year it's 27 Jan).

However i can't make any promise right now, i apologize for any inconvenience because of this delay.Ill keep you guys updated.

Looks like an interesting board! Thinking about joining but was a little confused. On the form you have the color selection there but there are no options just a blank space. Are you doing any custom colors or is there a list of colors we can choose from somewhere?

Yeah that is missing. But on the IC colors were silver, black, red, blue, grey, pink and i believe thats available for the layers and logo.

Another thing though, you might want to add [GB] at the start of subject as this type of things get easily missed.

That would be very nice, if you can share those with us. I mean i can reverse engineer the plate its not that hard, however getting the original draws makes it much easier.

1, I don't have any pictures of winkey version at the moment. It's like g80-3000 winkey version and winkeyless version. I'll ask Dr.D to do a render if you still sturggling to visualise it.

2,I think it support OG Cherry 6.25. The PCB is same with A87 so it should support that.

@Revo - It's probably too late but you might want to break up your address block in the Google form so you can collect city, state/province, postal code, and country separately from the street address.  There's also no place for a name -- some areas won't deliver without a name in the destination address block.  Just a heads up!

Definitely in on this, just can't decide on color. All of them look so good... maybe black outer, blue inner for GMK Hydro? Hoping for the possibility of adding in extra middle plates so I can swap out based on keyset.

Extra middle case is definitely possible. But i am still waiting for factory to give me a price.You can order now,my guess is it'll be somewhere around $50.

We never do the color of gold before. We got no sample of it. It may come out terrible.Maybe we'll add more color. But the colors we have at the moment are really great.
So,please consider the colors we have right now.If that doesn't please you,PM me. Maybe we can work something out. After all it's custom keyboard,it should go with the way you like

I would love to know more about the pcb before place my order. The pcb was designed and will be produced by you ? In case after along time using, your pcb have problem, can I just simply get a A87 replace for it ?

Yep, you can simply replace it with a A87 pcb. PCB will be produced by me but it's not designed by our team. And i can say the PCB have good quality,and will be tested before shipping. It won't easily broken.

I would be interested in a gold mid case also. If it's possible, I would like to order a case using the regular colors and then add on a gold mid case? That way if it comes out terrible at least I will have a regular one to work with. Gold is the color I want the most though.

Any ideas on how this special plate will be distributed to the buyers? Through another group buy sometime after this buy perhaps?
